- $95 per hour for architectural services
- $35 per hour for administrative services
- historically our architectural design fees average between 3% and 5% of project construction costs. Fees vary from one project to the next.
- we are happy to provide an estimate for design services for your project. the schematic design phase is typically completed on an hourly basis. after approval of schematic design we can provide an estimate and contract for construction documents tailored to your project's specific needs.
- reimbursable expenses include printing & reproduction, regulatory agency or design review fees, long distance travel and automobile mileage, long distance telephone charges, postage and shipping fees.
- geotechnical, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing & electrical engineering are not included in our fees.
